A small yard belongs to this cute studio, where you can have coffee or breakfast. Cutlery, pots and dishes, towels and sheets, hairdryer, drying rack and iron are all available. Another special extra is the underfloor-heating all over the apartment! As the apartment is located towards the yard, it is really silent, you do not hear any traffic or any other noises.
Within walking distance you can reach the underground (U4 Stadtpark and U3 Landstrasse) as well as the tram station (Belvedere).
For recreation, the Stadtpark, a big park, as well as the Belvedere gardens are located a few hundred meters from this apartment.
