It’s located in the 16th district in a classic Viennese Wilhelminian style house, perfectly placed in between the old city center and the forests surrounding the Austrian capital. The tram stops right in front of the apartment building and will take you to the city center within less than 10 minutes. The apartment fits up to 2 persons.
The apartment consists of an entrance area, a separate toilet, bathroom with shower and basin, a kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and coffemachine, and one living/bedroom where you will find a table with four chairs as well as a pullout sofa (140x200cm) and one bed 140×200 cm. Nice decoration, curtains and pictures will immediately make you feel like home.
WLAN, TV, cutlery, pots and dishes, towels and sheets are all available.
The apartment is quiet, as the kitchen window goes into a backyard and the living room window goes into a side street, which is mainly used for parking.
This apartment is available for rental durations from 1-6 month.
You can register a secondary residency, but no primary residency.
Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.
